This doesn't actually aid.
Similar in my case. I actually use 2 cameras and can't disable one of them all the time.
In most apps this is no issue. only there are a few apps, including Microsoft Camera App, where you can only use the default camera.
Please. We need to find a way to change the default camera....

Wasted several hours wondering why the internal camera was existence used when I have an external amend quality camera.
It seems there's no way to specify the default for chromium based webconferencing and if the internal i is available then it is used and the droplist in the browser to change photographic camera is inconveniently greyed out so you can't modify it.
Enabling or disabling devices in device manager, requiring a reboot, is absolutely not a solution.
